Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.95 (2-3 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Standard International: $15-$25 (7-21 business days)
  • Expedited International: $35-$50 (5-10 business days)

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting our Order Tracking page
  • Downloading the Shop app for real-time delivery updates

Shipping Delays

Please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, high volume periods (holidays), or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, these factors are beyond our control.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@esmorielle.store. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Esmorielle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@esmorielle.store.
